Winemaking: 5 Months in Stainless Steel

Nose: Granny smith apples, lemon & lime lifesavers

Taste: Pineapple, honeydew melons, meyer lemons

Vintage: The Okanagan Valley had a severe cold snap in December 2022 and January 2023 resulting in a widespread damage to grape vines and buds, leading to a dramatic decrease in the 2024 harvest.  We worked along side Washington producers to purchase fruit for our 2024 Screaming Frenzy wines.
