CULINARY PROGRAM
The JPC Culinary Team has been growing quickly over the past few years, and we are always looking for those interested in pursuing a career in the kitchen. Lead by Chef Ryan Byrne, our culinary operations now include the Smoked BBQ World of The Hatching Post and the Smokeshow BBQ Food Truck, as well as the unique dining experience that is Angel Share - the rooftop restaurant at Crown & Thieves.

Customer Service & Hospitality have been key values since the inception of JPC. Known for having friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate staff - we are constantly on the look out for the next "rockstars" of the local tourism industry to join our team.
MEET JESSIE
The coolest cat around, Jessie is one of our longest-serving co-workers. She's seen it all, vineyards, production facilities, and tasting rooms. Catch her co-managing The Hatch and Black Swift Vineyards alongside co-worker and friend Frances Whitaker.
Next time you see her, ask her how many past vintages of Hobo Gamay she's got stashed at the back of her closet, and which band she's planning to see next!

A large part of our philosophy has always been to try and provide good-paying, year-round jobs for people in the wine industry - historically not a common feature in hospitality and tourism-based industries like ours.
