 Vineyard: Hans Estate & Dessert Valley (Cabernet Franc), Mama D Vineyard (Merlot), Monarch Vineyard (Cabernet Sauvignon) - All South Okanagan!

Winemaking: 66 Months in Oak - 100% New Oak (French and American)

Nose: Blackberry compote, cracked black pepper, cedar, and a hint of tobacco

Taste: Black Plum, savory herbs, graphite, and a long finish.

Label TL;DR: The Hatch can often be looked at as the elephant in the room; this is our way of acknowledging that! We say it doesn't matter the shape of the bottle or the building the wine comes out of, great wine is great wine!
