2025 R Secco

One of the most notable wines in the Hatch lineup, our house wines were created back in 2015 with a simple goal: make house wine that doesn’t suck. R. Secco is the bubbly counterpart—think Rosé Ahtow in a funky dress: same bones, but a more fun ’n flirty personality.

Varietal(s): 40% Baco Noir, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier

Nose: Gooseberries, mixed berry trifle, cherry cordial

Taste: Blackberry jam, tart raspberries, grenadine
