2025 Octobubble

As rumor has it, the first vintage was believed to contain eight different grapes. With the brief of pink bubbles and eight varietals, Paul Morstad conjured a sultry cephalopod topped with Napoleon, the patron saint of 'sabrage'. From that noble tradition… the far more refined act of Shovelage was born. Huzzah!
