A cheeky nod to Jason’s English heritage, it flips tradition on its head while tipping a hat to his parents, Ray & Val, longtime parrot lovers and caretakers. Every bottle gives back to their sanctuary, so you can sip with a good heart.

Think of it as a little middle finger to the rules of the wine world — or, you know, just drink it responsibly and enjoy the ride.

Winemaking: 5 months in stainless steel

Nose: Cherry pie, white strawberry, gumdrops, and pink lemonade.

Taste: Freeze-dried raspberry and watermelon Jolly Ranchers
