Cedar plank, purple plum and tobacco leaf on the nose, followed by boysenberry, concord jelly and graphite on the palate. A Cabernet Sauvignon built for a good steak, a cool evening, and people who aren't in a hurry.

Violets, purple plum and cherry wood with notes of strawberry leaf, cherry cola and hibiscus tea. More importantly, this is the last of the Gamay from the Hatch Vineyard. Once it's gone, that's the end of the line.
