Winemaking: stainless steel minimal intervention

Nose: lemongrass, honeydew melon

Taste: lemon zest, gooseberry, pear, crisp apple finish

Label TL;DR: The Three Pigs are our nod to the three industry big wigs here in the Okanagan Valley. The pig with the bell is meant to represent the marc Anthony group via a Mission hill shout out, the company who currently has two 100p perfect wines internationally. The pig with wings is Jackson Triggs, as they were the first Canadian brand of wine to sell internationally. Finally the pig with the moon tattooed on its ass, our friends downtown at Pellar Family Estates winery.
