2025 Bubbly Rose

This year, we finally got the opportunity to shake things up a little and put some bubbly under the Black Swift label. For this Rosé, we knew we had something special in the fruit. Direct pressing gave us minimal skin contact, yet the juice came out with a colour that stopped us in our tracks. Cinsault and Baco Noir bring their own natural pigmentation to the blend, creating a vibrant Rosé with bright fruit characteristics. 

Varietal(s): Cinsault, Baco Noir, & a tipple of Pinot Noir/ Meunier

Vineyard Source(s): Mainly Osoyoos & East Kelowna

Winemaking: Stainless Steel, Tank Method

Nose: Swedish berries, raspberry, watermelon

Taste: Hibiscus tea, rhubarb, blood orange
