2025 Bubbly Bubbles

Here at Black Swift Vineyards, every once in a while, a few eggs end up in the same basket. This aromatic blend brings together Gewürztraminer, Pinot Auxerrois and Riesling, with each adding its own voice. This year, we finally got to put some bubbly under the Black Swift label, leaning into standout aromatic fruit, longer skin contact and thiol-forward yeast to build a bright, tropical wine. 

Varietal(s): Gewürztraminer, Pinot Auxerrois, Riesling & a few splashes of various aromatic whites

Winemaking: Stainless Steel, Tank Method

Nose: Apricot blossom, lychee, anjou pear

Taste: Chamomile, cantaloupe, lemon curd
