A mythical mashup of Syrah and Malbec, the Unicorn of the Sea is a rare creature around these parts. Born from a series of barrels originally destined for Black Swift Vineyards, this wine developed an undeniable expression and character that could only come from the Hatch. True to its name, it’s a wine of rarity, uniqueness, and a little bit of wonder.
