2022 'Stones Throw Vineyard' Pinot Noir

Vineyard Source: Stones Throw Vineyard, Oliver, BC — planted in 2002 in one of Canada’s hottest regions. Sandy soil, clay, and silty loam, combined with hot days and cool nights, produce ripe, balanced fruit with vibrant acidity, showcasing the elegance and terroir of the South Okanagan.

Winemaking: Aged 30 months in 100% neutral oak, allowing the vineyard’s pure expression and structure to shine.

Nose: Clay pots, cassis

Taste: Fig, dry blueberries, anise

Vintage: 2022 — a season of winter frost and cool spring, followed by a hot, dry summer and fall. Careful vineyard management allowed for a late but successful harvest, yielding wines with freshness, concentration, and remarkable balance.
