Varietal: 46% Cabernet Franc, 31% Merlot, 23% Syrah (Cuvee Blend)

Vineyard: Hans Estate – Black Sage Bench (Cabernet Franc), Mama D’s – S. Okanagan (Merlot), Hans Estate (Syrah)  

Winemaking: 40 months in 54% new oak (50/50 French & American) 46% neutral oak (mostly French)

Label TL;DR: The Hatch can often be looked at as the elephant in the room; this is our way of acknowledging that! We say it doesnt matter the shape of the bottle or the building the wine comes out of, great wine is great wine!
