2025 Rose Ahtow

The most notable of all hatch wines. The house wines. Rose Ahtow was the 3rd addition to the series in 2020. B. Yanco & her counterpart Ross. O were introduced into the nest in the very beginning (2015). Created in an attempt to make house wines that don’t suck.

“Rose Ahtow - Rose(like the flower)-Aah-Toe"

Varietal(s): 60% Baco Noir, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier

Vineyard Source: A smattering of vineyards from North to South Okanagan!

Winemaking: 5 months in stainless steel

Nose: Red plums, Bing cherry, and strawberry couli.

Taste: Sour raspberry, fruit punch, and ruby grapefruit
