2025 B. Yanco

The most notable of all hatch wines. The house wines. Miss B. Yanco & her counterpart Ross. O were introduced into the nest in the very beginning (2015) as an attempt to make house wines that don’t suck. We introduced a couple more friends along the way. All personified into the finest potion purveyors by the Italian translation. “B. Yanco = Bianco = White”

Varietal(s): 28% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Blanc, 20% Gewurztraminer, 27% Other aromatic varietals

Vineyard Source: North, East, South or West OKV. Choose your fighter.

Winemaking: 5 months in stainless steel

Nose: Sprite 7/11 slurpee, wet rocks, white peaches

Taste: Lemon pith, haribo gummy bears, granny smith apples
