French for The Flying Egg, this peculiar bird hatched straight from the imagination of our winemaker - part homage to Randall Grahm’s legendary Le Cigare Volant, part celebration of our own quirky nest at The Hatch.

With aromas that lift off the glass like a hot-air balloon on a summer dawn, L’Oeuf Volante soars between ripe dark fruit, wildflowers, and a whisper of warm spice. Cabernet Franc lends the lift, Cabernet Sauvignon the structure - together they give this egg its wings.

This is a wine that refuses to be grounded - playful, refined, and just a little eccentric… much like the flock who made it. Only available to our Wine Club, so consider yourself part of a rare migration.
