2019 The Hatch Merle

This charming raven of the vineyards, offers delights both mischievous and divine as it unfolds with a flourish of plumage and song. Brooding yet bright, plump stone fruits and bitter chocolate trills entice, as pruned merlot branches sway. Merle's oaken casks echo with laughter, as this feathered companion steals our senses and makes off into the dusky distance of memory.

2023 The Hatch B. Yanco

Ah, the B Yanco! A delightful display of whimsy and irreverence, much like the mischievous Nesthead himself. This blanc de blancs is a kaleidoscope of flavors, a veritable symphony of grape varietals that dance across the palate with unbridled enthusiasm. Imagine, if you will, a sunny meadow where Chenin Blanc frolics with a sprightly Gewürztraminer, their floral notes intertwining like a pair of lovers in a Renaissance painting. Yet, in this pastoral scene, a rogue Muscat crashes the party, bringing with it a burst of tropical exuberance that sends the senses reeling.

With age comes beauty and our barrel aged cider is designed to capture the essence of BC fruit, and the " Okanagan spirit" of bourbon barrels. Keeping it local, our cider was aged for 11 months in bourbon barrels from Okanagan Spirits and the blackberries  comes from Enderby, BC. Pair this with BBQ rib, brisket or grilled steak

2022 The Hatch Ross O.

The humble Ross O pours forth from its earthen vessel with a ruby gleam, greeting the expectant nostril with scents of warm, sun-kissed fruit and nourishing earth. Here a whiff of ripe plum, there a hint of tobacco leaf and forest floor- ah the simple joys! On first quaff the palate floods with flavors of ripe cherry and brambly blackberry, balanced deftly upon a see-saw of cinnamon spice and twiggy tannins. This is no Tuscan sangiovese, noble and regal, but rather its rustic country cousin - a humble wine of the people, redolent not of Renaissance glory but folkloric mirth.
