With age comes beauty and our barrel aged cider is designed to capture the essence of BC fruit, and the " Okanagan spirit" of bourbon barrels. Keeping it local, our cider was aged for 11 months in bourbon barrels from Okanagan Spirits and the blackberries comes from Enderby, BC.
