Concept
The Hatching Post Saloon celebrates its new addition with wine bottles featuring art from the “Call of the Wild Bunch” series. The label features a peregrine falcon in the likeness of Sundance Kid, paying tribute to the bird’s speed and agility and the legendary outlaw. The unique label’s name is a reference to a quote from the movie “Tombstone” (1993).

To celebrate our latest addition to the family, The Hatching Post Saloon, we’ve adorned some of our wine bottles with art from their “Call of the Wild Bunch” series. The label
features a peregrine falcon in the likeness of the infamous Sundance Kid, paying tribute to both the majestic bird and the legendary outlaw. As the fastest bird worldwide, the peregrine falcon has become a cherished symbol of speed and agility in the Okanagan Valley. This unique label’s name is a nod to the movie “Tombstone” (1993), where the character Doc Holliday uses a famous line to express his willingness to face any challenge.
