Winemaking: Stainless Steeled with oak staves, goal of keeping fresh fruit and non-oxidative characteristics w/ a little hint of barrel spice

Nose: vanilla wafers, Coconut, lemon

Taste: mango, pineapple, lemon zest, apple

Label TL;DR: This label originated back in the days when screaming frenzy was still a part of the “Hatch Winery” collection. It was the very fist hint towards the opening of the Black Swift tasting room via the symbolism of the egg cracking. The Birth of a new space begins with the screaming frenzy Chardonnay label.
